Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the item, size, and delivery location. Exact rates will be calculated at checkout before you complete your order.

Processing Time

Most of our products are made to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing and production before shipment.

Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been processed, you will receive tracking information via the email provided at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 4–5 business days after processing.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us giftgivergives@mail.com. Orders not received within 60 days of the purchase date qualify for a full refund.

(This policy excludes customer errors such as incorrect shipping addresses or missed deliveries.)


Returns & Refunds

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or not as described, we will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement right away.

General Returns

For non-defective items returned in original condition, a 30% restocking fee applies. We will provide a prepaid return label, and once the item is received, we will issue your refund minus the restocking fee.

All returns must:

  • Be in original packaging and condition

  • Be requested within 15 days of delivery

GiftGiverGives reserves the right to refuse returns made after the 15-day window.
